Common Ground

Project Intro

Common Ground is here to provide help and support to the bereaved and the lonely. Through Common Ground, we want to help reduce individual isolation offering friendship and support, re-connecting people to networks of help and support.

Our Team at Common Ground are on hand and willing to visit the lonely, the bereaved, the elderly and the isolated.

Each member of the team is DBS cleared and is able to visit at home or in a place of mutual convenience.
